It is not incorrect to call Percy Abeysekara as Sri Lanka team's 12th Man. He has been with Sri Lanka cricket team whether they win or lose. He first watched an international  cricket match on the ground back in 1948 when he was a school boy. In 1979 he could visit England supporting Sri Lankan cricket team and it was sponsored by a fund D.A. Abeysinghe company, Kushil Gunasekara (Current manager for Muttiah Muralitharan) and Dailynews News paper. He has been Sri Lanka cricket team's supporter in more than thousand cricket matches. Now ages 74 years, Percy is still seen on the ground supporting Sri Lanaka Cricket team. During the Cricket world cup we thought of sharing some information about the greatest supporter of Sri Lanka cricketer with you. Full Name : Walimuni Denham Percy Jimsan Mendis Abeysekara Born  : July 30, 1936 in Bussa ,  Galle. Parents : Mother - Dolly Magret De Zoysa Siriwardana, Father : Walimuni Simon Mendis Abeysekara Education : Schools - Richmond College, Galle ; St Aloysius  College, Baddegama Rathanasara, Aquinas college. First Job : In 1961 in Associated Motorways Limited as a Foreman Current Job : Public Relations Consultant in ACL Cables. Wife : Married Meloni Silva in 1968 , Meloni passed away in 2010 following a heart attack. Children : Son - Sampath Garfield Abeysekara (Manager in ACL Cables) ; Daughter - Nadeesha Abeysekara.
