New Sri Lankan Rupees Bills – Images

Central Bank of Sri Lanka has issued new Sri Lanka Rupees bills into the circulation. These new bills have a new appearance. Other than the regular Rs. 20, 50, 100, 500, 100 bills, Central bank has introduced a new Rs. 5000 bill. One other notable feature of this new notes is that they have shed the use of the image of lion which were commonly found on the previous bills. New bills commonly have the pictures of different traditional dancers, buildings and other constructions representing Sri Lankan culture and development.
