Late Bob Woolmers Cricket Coaching Instructions – Complete Video

Hey today we are proudly posting this “Gem of Cricket Coaching Video” in our Lanka Help Magazine. This is a High Definition video of Cricket coaching instructions by late Bob Woolmer. The player has three video clips which are of sixty minutes duration each.

The first video mainly discuss the batting training. The second and third are for fielding and balling skills. Videos also has some extra tips which are important for Cricket coaching. Top former International cricketers from  South Africa   Jonty Rhodes, Garry Kirsten and Dave Richardson feature in this coaching videos.

Bob Woolmer (Robert “Bob” Woolmer -14 May 1948 — 18 March 2007) who died mysteriously during 2007 Cricket world cup while coaching Pakistan team was a former International cricketer from South Africa. As a professional cricket coach who was well known for his progressive coaching techniques and extensive documentation on Cricket techniques served South Africa and Pakistan National teams and Warwickshire.

He is the one who made reverse sweep a more popular shot for batsmen in the the 1990s. He is one of the first coaches to use computer analysis in Cricket coaching. As a player he was one of five Wisden Cricketers of the Year in 1976.  For his contribution to Pakistan cricket Bob Woolmer was honoured with a high ranking civil award of Pakistan (Sitara-e-Imtiaz – Star of Excellence) for his contribution to Pakistan cricket.

We think this video will be of use to Cricket coaches, budding Cricketers and Players alike. This video is very interesting and I hope every cricket fan would love to watch the complete video.  So please share this video which is kind of a “Bible of Cricket coaching” with all who has an interest in Cricket.
