Tamanna Bhatia, a popular south Indian movie actress is going to face a ban in the Tamilnadhu film industry. This is due to her participation in the shooting of Telingue movie “Rachcha” in Sri Lanka. Tamanna plays a major role in Ramcharan’s new movie “Rachcha” and she was in Sri Lanka for the shootings few days back.
At the moment Tamanna is at the top of the South Indian movie industry and has many signed and unsigned offers.
It is reported that Tamil Film Artistes Association will make the decision to ban her in South Indian film industry shortly. As a result, all her signed up and unsigned up offers in Tamil Nadu movies will be canceled. It is also reported that they will recall her released movie Vengai from all over Tamil Nadu.
South Indian Film Artistes Association has passed a resolution not to go to Sri Lanka for any film shoot. It was also decided that whoever visits Sri Lanka in their professional capacity will be banned from the industry. This restriction is due to Tamil film artists protest against Sri Lanka government for alleged violence against Tamils. Earlier Kollywood actress Asin faced to a similar situation for being part of Salman Khan’s film “Ready” which was shot in Sri Lanka
