Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra’s daughter is one of the main figures who is fighting for fair investigation to the death of former Member of Parliament and President advisor Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra. Bharath Lakshman was murdered along with three others on the local government election date in Kolonnawa.
Hirunika is the only daughter of Bharatha Lakshman and she has a brother. Hirunika is studying law and she also engaged in modeling. Following the death of Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra, many rumors were spread and they also involved Hirunika’s personal life.
In this interview with Kingsly Rathnayaka, Hirunika clears many of those rumors and explain what her future plans are. She also explains what her plan B is.

Dear Hirunika, I can really understand the emotional stress that you are undergoing now. But be careful with the power greedy politician. I do not know whether Minister Nimal Siripala had a backbone when he said in parliament that Duminda is not even an accuse in this case. Friends indeed are friends in need.
