Cut Off Marks for the Grade 5 Scholarship Exam Held in 2011

The Ministry of Education today released the cut off marks for grade 5 scholarship exam held in 2011. Those students who passed the Grade 5 scholarship exam in 2011 are eligible to apply for new schools depending on their scores.
The cut off marks for Colombo Royal college is 182 and it is leading the Sinhala medium boy’s school cut off marks list. Vishaka College’s cut off mark is 184 and the second in girls school list is Devi college with 180 as the cut off mark.
Among Sinhala medium mixed schools, Darmapala College of Pannipitiya, Thakshila College in Horana and Wayamba Rajakeeya P.V. in Kurunagala require 170 marks to enrolled in.
Hatton Highland Central College is in the first place among Tamil medium mixed schools with 169 as the cut off mark. Royal College requires minimum 185 marks among boys school for Tamil medium education and Muslim Ladies College of Colombo’s cut off score is 171 which lead the Tamil medium girls school list.
