HNB ‘Adhistana’ Saving Accounts – Specially For Sri Lankans Working Abroad

1. Micro Entrepreneur finance – HNB Adhishtana Micro Entrepreneur Loan Scheme

  • Qualifying criteria – Monthly commitment
  • Commitment savings for a minimum period of 1 year & above
  • Eligibility – Three times the Agreed monthly commitment amount for 12 months
  • Borrowers – Remitter / Receiver or Joint
  • Loan Quantum – Rs.25,000 – to Rs.1,000,000-
  • Security – up to Rs.100, 000 – 2 guarantors
  • Above Rs.100, 000- any acceptable security to the bank
  • Repayment – Maximum of 5 years
  • Insurance – up to 100,000 waived off & above 100,000 life cover

2. Micro Housing Finance – HNB Adhishtana Housing Loan Scheme

  • Qualifying criteria – Monthly commitment
  • Compulsory savings for a minimum period of 1 year & above
  • Eligibility – Three times the Agreed monthly commitment amount for 12 months
  • Borrowers – Remitter or Receiver or Joint
  • Loan Quantum – Rs.50,000 – to Rs.1,000,000 –
  • Security – up to Rs.100,000 – 2 guarantors with MRP
  • Above Rs.100,000- Mortgage over property & MRP
  • Repayment – Equated, Maximum of 5 years

3. Insurance cover – Adhishtana Life Insurance cover
