Parawarthana Sinhala Film – Photos & Trailer

Jayanath Gunawardhana’s maiden movie “Parawarthana” will be on silver screen from January 19, 2014. The name – Jayanath Gunawarana – may sound familiar to you. Yes, he is a proficient and accomplished camera director who has done camera direction in thirty films. He has also worked in seventy-five films as an assistant camera director. He has brought all his experienced to write the screen play of this movie and to direct the film. Obviously Jayanath is the camera director of this film. He is also one of the three producers of this movie ; the other producers are Wanika Ranganath Dias and Mohamed Mujahid.

Young, popular musician Dinesh Subhasinha has done the music for this film.  The film has a nice story about how humanity deals with Karma. It is remarkable that the film script had not been given to the cast members of the movie.

Eminent Sinhala film actor Somi Rathnayaka plays the main role of this movie. Others in acting crew include Dulani Anuradha, Pubudu Chathuranga, Geetha Kanthi Jayakody, Bimal Jayakody, Nalin Pradeep Uduwela, Sarath Kothalawala, and Morin Charuni.

The shooting of the film has taken place in Anamaduwa area. Parawarthana film will be screened in CFL film circuit.
